Radoslav Rusev is a Bachelor of Business Management from Sofia University. Kliment Ohridski holds a diploma in Financial management from ACCA and he is going to graduate in an MBA program from the University of Warwick, UK.
He started his professional development in Sofiyska Voda JSC and in the period 2001 – 2011 occupied various expert and managerial positions in the company, his roles included management of commercial and operational processes, regulatory and business planning, project Management and investment planning. In this period and by his idea were installed the water meters of all major clients and residential blocks in Sofia, as well as the restructuring of the emergency maintenance of the network and the imposition of key levels of service – response time for accident removal and similar Processes.
Radoslav Rusev has participated in a number of projects in Sofiyska Voda JSC related to the management of activities aimed at achieving commercial and operational efficiency, including ensuring correct measuring and reduction of water losses.
In the last few years Radoslav Rusev has been actively involved in restructuring and rehabilitation of Water and Sewerage operators in the region. In 2012-2013 he managed a similar process as governor of Plumbing Dobrich for overall restructuring of the company with emphasis on increasing collectability, reducing losses and consumption of electrical energy. In 2015, he participated in a project of the World Bank on Water operator restructuring in Durres, Albania, where he implemented a complex consultancy project on restructuring of trading processes and seeking operational efficiency in parallel with this Radoslav Rusev works on various consultancy projects in the Water and Sewerage sector in southeastern Europe, mainly aimed at increasing the operational, commercial and financial efficiency of Water and Sewerage operators in Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, Moldova .
For a period of about a year and a half in 2014 and 2015, Radoslav took an active role in the implementation of the Water and Sewerage reform in Bulgaria, successively occupying the position of a deputy minister at the Ministry of Regional Development in the office in 2014, and after This continues its activities as an adviser to the minister in the next regular government.
Radoslav’s main focus in “HYDROLIA” JSC will be the search for complex solutions of client cases, which combine demand for operational and investment efficiency – optimization of investments, reliable models for operation and maintenance, An in-depth analysis of the needs and costs of Water services.
