The Hydrolia AD team had the pleasure of taking part in the third edition of Career Days – Students Meet the Business, organized by the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) with the support of the UACEG Career Center. The event brought together leading companies and future professionals from various engineering fields, including water supply and sewerage. For us, it was an excellent opportunity to meet the young engineers of the future, share our experience, and discuss the real challenges and prospects within the water sector.

Our young engineers met with students to talk about career opportunities in Hydrolia and our traditional summer internship program. Providing young talents with the chance to explore the practical side of engineering has become an essential part of our company mission. We believe that these innovative young minds are the driving force behind sustainable development and continuous progress at Hydrolia.

At the same time, the International Conference of the Faculty of Civil Engineering took place, creating a vibrant atmosphere of knowledge exchange and inspiration between academia and industry. Events like these build vital bridges between education and practice — bridges that lead to a more sustainable and forward-looking future for the water sector.
